With about 15 years of IT experience ranging from help desk phone support to administration of enterprise-class systems, I’ve done a lot in the IT world. I’ve got some great dumb-user stories. I also think I have something to offer…my opinion. Through those 15 years, I’ve seen some stuff that works and some that doesn’t. I’ve formulated some ideas on how to make things better, and I’d like to share them with you.
For now, I’d like to remain somewhat anonymous. It gives me a little more freedom in what I can talk about on here, and really my name and the company I work for are pretty irrelevant. For what it’s worth, I live in the suburban Philadelphia area. I work for a fairly small company of about 50 employees, but we have some pretty big technology for being so small. As the need arises, I may give out some more details, but for the time being you can refer to me as The Guy Who Blogs Here (TGWBH for short). Or you can call me Sam.
